Where is the hut?
The hut is directly on Ferring Beach, west of Worthing and east of Littlehampton. The popular Bluebird Cafe is 100m away, at the end of our row.
How much does it cost to hire the hut?
The hut costs £250 for the week.
What day is changeover?
The hut is rented Friday-Friday. It is usually available from 4pm on Friday until 10am the following Friday. We will arrange for someone to meet you when you first arrive and welcome you to the hut.
Can I hire the hut for just the day?
Unfortunately not. Last-minute weekend and midweek bookings may occasionally be possible subject to availability, please enquire.
How do I pay?
We ask that you pay the full amount by bank transfer to confirm your booking. Once payment has been received we will send you an email containing all the information you need.
Do you take a security deposit?
Yes, we will take a £50 security deposit upon booking which will be returned once the hut has been checked after your departure.
Do I have to clean the hut before I leave?
Yes please. We ask that you leave the hut clean and tidy.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are very welcome. Ferring Beach is very popular with dog walkers.
Where can I park?
There is a free car park behind the hut. It does get busy on sunny days so we advise arriving early to secure your space. If the car park is full, there is free on-street parking on the surrounding residential streets.
Does the hut have water and electricity?
No. You can fetch drinking water using the water carrier from the outside tap at the public toilet block about 100m away, behind the Bluebird cafe.
Can I sleep in the hut?
No, this is strictly forbidden.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 28 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund you in full. If you cancel within 28 days, we will offer a refund only if we manage to re-let the hut for you dates.
