Beach huts are just fun. Kids love them, adults love them, dogs love them. The Horner Family are delighted to offer you a taste of beach hut life by renting their family hut, 'Sandy Toes', on Ferring Beach in Sussex.

When you arrive the hut will have tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning products. Drinking water is available at the nearby toilet block
Meet the owners
The 'Sandy Toes' story...
We are the Horner family, the owners of 'Sandy Toes'. We moved to Sussex from London in 2009 when our eldest son, Leo, was one (since then, we have had two more children, Genevieve and Rufus). Buying a beach hut was never in our plans, but one winter's day, we went off exploring our new area and discovered Ferring. It instantly became our favourite Sussex beach for its lack of traffic, the wonderful cafe (Bluebird) and the huge, flat sands at low tide. We came across a large, frontline hut with a 'For sale' board on it and the rest is history.
Our children have grown up visiting our hut - aptly named 'Sandy Toes' by Rufus - and it has become a much-loved escape, appreciated as much on a blustery, freezing day as it is on a scorching summer afternoon. However we are feeling at home, we always feel better at 'Sandy Toes' and we are sure our guests will love hut life as much as we do.
